MCFCU Expands Service Area to Delaware, Henry and Hancock Counties

Madison County Federal Credit Union received approval from the National Credit Union Association to expand its community charter to three additional counties – Delaware, Henry and Hancock. This expansion, effective immediately, opens membership and full credit union services to anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or volunteers in any one of the credit union’s new 4-county service area, their immediate family members as well as businesses and organizations.

“We are very excited to grow and to serve even more people in our local communities,” said David Dodd, CEO of MCFCU. “We are community-focused, member-owned, and committed to providing exceptional financial services and support.”

MCFCU plans to continue to focus on its mission and 86-year history of serving members and communities. “Our Madison County members and communities love how we give back to the community through local sponsorships, non-profit fundraisers, and community service efforts and we look forward to bringing that to our new expanded service area,” said Dodd

While there are currently no branches in the expanded counties, individuals can apply for membership online. Eligible residents can click here to begin the application process or text the word MEMBERSHIP to 765-644-3623.
