COVID-19 and banking recommendations for MCFCU members

Banking recommendations for MCFCU members during Coronavirus

As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues, we’re reaching out to let you know that there is no higher priority than the health and well-being of our members and employees.

Madison County Federal leadership is actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities. Rest assured, we remain focused to address changes in risk levels and issues as they arise. To date, our branches are open and ready to serve your financial needs.

We urge our members and staff to use proper caution in all personal interactions. This is especially important when either exhibiting symptoms of any illness and if you are a member of an at-risk group.

As a reminder, our online banking site, It’sme247, and our app with Remote Deposit Capture allow you to conduct banking without having to visit a branch. You are also able to apply for, and complete loans entirely online should you need to. Please take this opportunity to become familiar with these tools if you haven’t previously.

As always, our intention is to be there for our members in times of need. If you need help any assistance, please feel free to contact us at 765-644-3623.

Thank you for your membership and continued support of Madison County Federal Credit Union.

Sincerely,
Madison County Federal Credit Union
